Between the user of Prospect Tracking software and the company Able.
The software pertaining to this licence is the property of Able and is protected by the legislation relating to copyright laws.
This users licence is granted to the user in exchange of the full payment of the sale price.
The rights and obligations of the user relative to the use of this software are al follows,
You may:
| · | Use one copy of the software on one computer (the software is acknowledged to be in use as soon as it is installed in the read-write memory of a computer).

| · | Make a copy of the original data for backup purposes.
|
| · | Transfer the software on a permanent basis to another person or third party.
|
| The following conditions apply to the latter:

| - that you do not keep any copy of the software,
|
| - | that you transfer the total of the software components, (program, documentation, users licence,…)
|
| - | that the licensee completely accepts the terms of the present licence.
|
You may not:
| · | Sub-contract the licence, rent it out in any form whether it is the whole or part of the software.
|
| · | Decompile, disassemble the source code of the software.
|
Restrictions of recourse and responsibilities
Able cannot be help responsible for damage or loss incurred by the company after the use of Prospect Tracking or the information in contains.
Prospect Tracking is used entirely at the users risk.
Able reserves the right to engage in all proceedings and all actions that it judges appropriate in the case of violation of its rights and notable in the case of forgery, and will be tried in a court of law if the case arises.
