Characteristics
This file is automatically updated during the input of information in the 'Contact' file. The principal interest of this file is the memorising of information relative to a postal code, (country wording, country linking), in order for your to save time during the input of an address.

Principal use
During the input from the 'Contact' file of a postal code, this is automatically searched for in the 'Towns' file.

·	A connection is found : the Contact file is automatically enhanced with the corresponding town, and country of the latter attributes.

·	Several connections are found: a list of corresponding towns will be proposed.

·	No connection found : the cursor will move to the corresponding area where the name of the town should be. You will be asked if the latter information should be memorised in the 'Towns' file in order to update it.

Note : If you want to rapidly update this file, through information from an external source, you can use "Import data".
