Prospect Tracking offers 3 definite types of documents for printing :
| · | Parameterable states

| In order to easily and rapidly achieve the documents presented like a list or a synthesis state.

| · | Predefined states
|
| Ready to use, non-modifiable documents such as:
|
| - | Contact record ( able to edit from the Contact record),
|
| - | List of keywords ( able to edit from the keywords record),
|
| - | Agenda: in order to print the agenda of one or several participants.
|
| - | Re-contact state : printing the contacts to be re-contacted following the specified period.
|
| · | Mailshots
|
| - | Labels: create the formats according to your requirements.
|
| - | Letters: documents used within the mailshot or the management of the Contact correspondence.
|
| - | Electronic mail : (email). This document is not printed but sent out to different addresses through the internet network.
|
| After the mailing, you are shown report which will automatically be assigned to all the (Contact) records of the selection. This allows for the memorisation of the action carried out (invitations, mailing….).
