Definition of a label format
The editor of labels can adapt to all the existent formats.

·	Select the desired filed in the 'Field lists' and then move it towards the previewed displayed label and repeat this operation for each of the desired fields.

Several fields on the same line (concatenation).

If you an to insert several fields on the same line, (as in the example below First name and Surname or even Postal code and Town):

Insert the first field normally

Hold down the Ctrl key and release the 2nd field to insert itself on the 1st that is already placed. The result being Field 1 + Field 2 (the + symbol will be replaced when printed by a space).

·   Align the different label objects with the help of the icons situated above the previewed label.

Note : You can use as a starting point a format situated in the application index called Labels.4LB.

Format for a sheet of labels

·	Specify the direction of the sheet.

·	Indicate the characteristics of the sheets (labels by lines and by columns and margins).

Saving/Loading a format
If you use the same label format often it is advised to save the latter in order to be able to use it later without having to specify these characters.

Save…   stores the definition of the format on the hard disc
Load…   opens a format previously stored.
