Characteristics
The keywords represent a supplementary means of identifying a contact record infinitely.
The key words can be associated to key words which can consist of up to 3 hierarchic standards.
You can assign these key words to one or several contact records without restriction namely:

Record by record, from the 'edition form' 'Complement' tab
Key word identity is limited to 5 characters.
When you have assigned a key word to a record on the 'contacts' record, it automatically benefits from key word codes of a superior standard.
You can then find the contact records liked to such and such a key word by using one of the search functions.
Example
You can use the key words in order to classify the contact records geographically.
This hierarchic classification is in the form of : country, province. It allows you to find records corresponding to region or province.
