| · | A scrolling list containing, apart from the current table the tables in relation that can be used in the context with the command in process. By default, the current table is selected when the dialogue is opened.

| · | A scrolling zone presents the fields of the table selected.

| The fields with boldface characters indicates that the field has been linked and guarantees a rapid processing.

| Each field is preceded by an icon indicating the nature of the latter :
|
| Alphanumeric.
|
| Boolean. This field can only take one of the following values: TRUE or FALSE, YES or NO.

| Integer number.
|
| Date.
|
| Hour.
|
| Image.
|
| Numeric.
|
| Text: This field type can hold up to 32 000 characters.
|

| · | An option of presentation relating to the order of the fields in the scrolling area.
|
| Logic : | the files are introduced in their order of definition at the time of the software conception.
|
| Alphabetic : | The fields are classed in alphabetical order.
|

| · | Select a field and then click on the button |
| · | Double-click on the desired field,
|
| · | Click-shift the desired element towards to the destination area.
