Field area
This area consists of 3 definite parts:

·A scrolling list containing, apart from the current table the tables in relation that can be used in the context with the command in process. By default, the current table is selected when the dialogue is opened.

·A scrolling zone presents the fields of the table selected.
The fields with boldface characters indicates that the field has been linked and guarantees a rapid processing.
Each field is preceded by an icon indicating the nature of the latter :
_alphaAlphanumeric.
_booléenBoolean. This field can only take one of the following values: TRUE or FALSE, YES or NO.
_entier longInteger number.
_dateDate.
_heureHour.
_imageImage.
_numériqueNumeric.
_texteText: This field type can hold up to 32 000 characters.

·An option of presentation relating to the order of the fields in the scrolling area.
Logic :the files are introduced in their order of definition at the time of the software conception.
Alphabetic :The fields are classed in alphabetical order.

Buttons:
When the dialogue appears, consisting of 2 scrolling areas, (source area, and targeted area), you can pass from one field area to another by using one of the following techniques:

·Select a field and then click on the button move to right or move to left follow to the scrolling area of destination,
·Double-click on the desired field,
·Click-shift the desired element towards to the destination area.

move all to right Sends all the fields of the 'source' area to the 'target' area.
move to left Sends all the fields of the 'target' area to the 'source area.

Register and open a format structure
Certain dialogues allow the achieved definitions to be saved : search argument, selected fields for data export, …….

If the same definition is used frequently, it can be memorised in order to be used later by bias of the 'Open' list.
The latter allows for the localising and opening of a structure file previously stored.
Take note that the files, are the displays of dialogue, directly numbered in this list, if they are respectively stored in the following files:
