Characteristics
This file is in relation with the 'contact' file and allows you to personalise a certain amount of information according to your requirements linked to your activity.
The creation of records are produced from the 'Contact' file by input or by importing data.

You can modify the name of these fields from the 'File / Settings…' command.
Note : in client/server mode the changes made are not taken immediately on the other clients stations. It is therefore necessary to reboot Prospect Tracking from the latter.
