| The list window allows you to see the main information of the index selected with the help of the 'Open' command. The records displayed in this window contain the 'current selection'.
| It is important to note that all actions carried out (export, printing
..), are carried onto the totality of this selection, (therefore the number of records indicated in the title bar of the window) and not on the possible records underlined in reverse video.
| Note : This is true except in the case where 'Delete' has been used, which intervenes only on the records that have been highlighted by the mouse.
| The current selection is kept in the memory, until one of the functions listed below is used :
| · Multi criteria search,
| · Quick search,
| · Calculated search,
| · Show all,
| · Sub selection,
| · Exclusion.
| The edition form is, as such, a complete representation of the records selected. It allows you to update the information that you want or just to view them.
| Each edition form generally has 3 buttons : validate, cancel and interrogation, and each one is known by its icon.
