This option allows you to send an electronic courier, (an email), in a set of addressees determined by the current selection.
This mail(courier) can even contain flags HTML (to see at the bottom of chapter).
The message can also contain attachment documents.
Take care to read the 'Settings' file beforehand.
Sending a circular
The message sent is identical for a group of addressees.
Specify in the address of the addressee a valid electronic address like info@admiralsoft.com.
All the addresses are sent in Bcc (Blind carbon copy), meaning that the addressee can only see the address specified for them, and does not have access to the other addresses on the list.
The advantage of this technique is that you only have to write the message once, the mailing to the different addresses of the list are done by your internet provided.
Sending a personalised message
You may personalise your message by integrating the references of the given fields of the 'Contact' file.
To do this, right click the button on the mouse in the message area at the desired place.
The field reference is inserted in the following manner <[Name]> and will be replaced by the value of the current record during the dispatch.
The number sent functions with the number of records selected.
The sending time depends on whether there is information attached or not.
Note : Do not insert the combination of characters <[and]> in your text because these are used as delimiters for the field and condition references.
Join a file HTML
You can also copy out flags HTML in the body of your message in a way that this last one can be interactive.
If you wish to include images, make reference to the address absolved from the image as it :
<img src="http://www.monsite.com/Images/Carte.jpg" border="0" width="52" height="37">
Note : This impique that you can put on-line the images for the sending of the mailing. Indeed the images are not joined to the email but them put in reference in the email.
