This tab is relative to principle information of the contact record :

Title            Mr, Mrs, Miss, Mr and Mrs.
Surname         20 characters maximum.
First name         20 characters maximum.
Function code         in relation with the 'functions' file.
Company         60 characters maximum.
Address         35 characters maximum.
Address continued      35 characters maximum.
Postal code          7 characters maximum.
Town            25 characters maximum.
Country code         in relation to the 'countries' file.

Telephone

10 significant characters, maximum. Display according to the 'numeration format' defined for the country.

Fax            Idem.
Email            50 characters maximum.
Intern Key 1         15 characters maximum.
Intern Key 2         Numeric.
International Identity      30 characters maximum

For example this field may be used in C.E.E. for the VAT N°.

The fields 'Internal code 1', 'International identity' and 'Variable' accepts the contents of your choice. Take note that you can rename these fields as you like through the 'Preferences' file (tab 'Contact 2).
