This type of search allows you to carry out the selection on the information base not stored in the database but deducted from the number of records in relation.

This command modifies the current selection.

The calculated search offers you access to the fields issued from the tables in relation of the 1^st and 2°.

The button situated in the 'restraints' area, opposite the wording, 'number of records in relation to' is sequenced to the significant zero. This allows you to obtain the records that don't have records in relations with the specified restraints.

It is, for example, possible to select:

The Contacts whose number of studies in relation is equal to 0,

·

The Contacts whose number of studies in relation is superior to 3,

·

The Contacts whose number of studies in relation is situated between 3 and 5,

·

The same thing as the 3 previous points in a given period (date frames).
