The agenda principally allows for the facilitating of appointments during telemarketing campaigns.It can nevertheless, be used out of this context.

If the agenda stays accessible all the time (view and modify). You can only achieve the appointments made from the Edition format of a Contact record.

Definition of the participants
The term 'participants' is designated to sales staff, advisors, consultants,…
It is used for the people for whom you wish to take appointments.
The participants are defined from the settings record.

Working principal

·	All existing participants are displayed in the list

·	If the call is made from the edition format of the Contact file. You benefit from the automatic transfer of the details of the latter at the time of the event definition.

Next participant   : Ctrl + â

Month change
Next months programme   : Ctrl + à
Previous months programme   : Ctrl + ß

Navigation of the calendar
In order to move easily on the calendar you should use the directional keys of your keyboard   
Horizontal   : ß à
Vertical   : á â

Quick positioning on an available period
Selected participant
Next available period    : F2
Following available period   : Ctrl + F2

Group of participants
Next available period   : F3
Following available period   : Ctrl + F3

others
Add a rendezvous           : Ctrl + A

Printing
The printing is achieved, for the selected participant in function with the specified dates in the prior printing dialogue.

Export
Allows for the export of the agenda information to text format, (.TXT). The file obtained may then be exploited by all the authorising import software for this type of data.

The exported fields are as follows :
Participant Event date - Event type-Starting hour-End hour-Comments-No Contact-Title-Surname-First name-Company-Address-Address continued-Postal code-Town-Country-Telephone dialling code-Telephone-Telephone dialling code-Fax-Email-Internal Key 1-Internal key 2-International Identity-Variable
