Prospect Tracking allows you to efficiently manage your contacts through its records of follow-up prospecting.
The latter is made up of several tabs where the information is divided into topics :

'Identity' tab :
This deals with general information of the record: corporate name, contact name, position, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, …

'Complementary field' tab :
Under this tab you have 15 fields that you may rename so that it corresponds to your needs.

'Supplementary' tab :
Apart from a large comment/remarks area that can hold up to 32 000 characters, you can also allocate endless key words on the prospecting record which allows you to identify and follow-up your own criteria.

'Index extension' tab :
This is where you can store all the reports of your contacts. Moreover you can plan a week and/or a date to recontact your prospects.

'Commercial follow-up' tab :
This is where you can store all the reports of your contacts. Moreover you can plan a week and/or a date to recontact your prospects.

'Correspondence' tab :
Your documents are stored directly on the record.
